Scope Projects delivered this 415sqm speculative suite on Level 1 at 10 Bond Street as part of the coordinated upgrade across 10 and 20 Bond Street.

Engaged from the early stages, our team worked closely with Gray Puksand and the client to progress the design, coordinate delivery and ensure the suite aligned with the broader repositioning strategy for the asset.

Delivered alongside the neighbouring suite at 20 Bond Street, the project required careful planning and staging to manage multiple concurrent work while maintaining programme, quality and stakeholder expectations throughout. Completed over a 12-week construction programme, the suite was delivered as a full new fitout featuring a boardroom, meeting rooms, quiet rooms, kitchen, breakout space and supporting back-of-house amenities.

Scope Projects also managed the final styling and presentation, ensuring the space was ready for market at handover.
