Scope Projects delivered the Level 19 speculative suite, lift lobby and DDA amenities upgrade at 6 O’Connell Street for Investa, working alongside Forge Venture Management as Project Manager and Lina Design as the appointed design team. With extensive prior experience within the asset, Scope brought valuable building familiarity, enabling efficient coordination, streamlined delivery and careful management of programme, procurement and live environment requirements. 

Scope Projects successfully executed the integrated refurbishment to meet programme, quality and stakeholder expectations while supporting the asset’s broader leasing and repositioning objectives.
