Scope Projects delivered this 691sqm speculative suite on Level 1 at 20 Bond Street, engaged from the early planning stages right through to final completion.

Working closely with Gray Puksand and the client team, we helped guide the project through design development, coordination and delivery, ensuring the programme and build outcome stayed aligned from day one.

Completed over a 10-week construction programme, the project involved delivering a full new fitout within a live premium CBD asset, with careful management of timing, logistics and stakeholder coordination throughout the process. Scope Projects also managed the final styling and presentation so the suite was ready to market immediately on handover.
