Scope Projects delivered a beautifully designed, contemporary 965 sqm speculative suite on Level 11 at 333 George Street, Sydney, for Deka Australia Management Two and CBRE. Project managed by 3-Point and designed by Studio P3, the new workplace offers a sophisticated and versatile environment designed to appeal to prospective tenants.

The fitout features a welcoming reception and waiting area, an extensive range of meeting rooms, private focus spaces, open-plan workstations and collaborative zones. A dedicated breakout area, custom joinery and integrated building services complete the space, balancing functionality with considered design.

In addition to the Level 11 fitout, Scope Projects delivered an 895 sqm warm shell makegood on Level 12, preparing the floor for future tenant fitout works. The result is a premium, market-ready workplace that offers flexibility for future tenants and enhances the leasing appeal of this prominent Sydney CBD asset.
