Scope Projects recently delivered five speculative suites across two GPT-owned Parramatta assets — 32 Smith Street and 60 Station Street. Project managed by Apex/PV, each suite was crafted to enhance tenant comfort, elevate design quality, and create inviting, future-ready workplaces.

At 60 Station Street, Scope Projects collaborated with Hot Black to create light-filled, transparent workspaces shaped by natural materials. Sustainable BAUX acoustic ceiling tiles improve comfort and acoustic performance, while the unique open-plan layout brings a sense of airiness and flow. A warm, inviting breakout space anchors the suite, encouraging connection and offering a relaxed place to gather.
