Scope Projects recently delivered five speculative suites across two GPT-owned Parramatta assets — 32 Smith Street and 60 Station Street. Project managed by Apex/PV, each suite was crafted to enhance tenant comfort, elevate design quality, and create inviting, future-ready workplaces.

At 32 Smith Street, the design adopts a soft, natural palette that brings warmth and ease to the environment. Varied zones support both focused work and quiet reflection, contrasted with refined hardware details that add subtle visual interest. Feature lighting grounds each area, while burnt orange accents and timber tones echo the warmth of the building’s façade throughout the interior.
