Scope Projects’ 4th Annual PIF Hard Hat Breakfast raising over $31,000

We are proud to share that this morning’s PIF Hard Hat Day Breakfast, raised an incredible $31,020 in support of homeless youth — just edging past last year’s total by $1,200.

“This year’s result was a true team effort. From the generosity of our trade partners and subcontractors, to the contributions from Scope’s own employees, everyone pitched in. The generosity shown by our trade partners, Scope employees, and our Managing Director, Peter Borovac, is truly inspiring,” said Christina Paterson, Sales and Operations Director.

This marks the 4th consecutive year that Scope Projects has hosted the Hard Hat Day Brekky, and it has quickly become a highlight on our calendar. What started as a small gathering in 2022 has grown into an annual tradition that our entire community looks forward to — with donations, raffle tickets, and event contributions all adding up to an impressive fundraising tally that has now tripled in just four years.

Held at our Crows Nest office, the atmosphere was buzzing as colleagues, trade partners and industry friends came together to share a meal, reconnect, and support an important cause. Guests enjoyed a beautifully catered breakfast, complemented by champagne and freshly brewed coffee. The Scope Projects team brought the space to life with vibrant balloons and Property Industry Foundation branding, creating a lively and welcoming setting.

A standout moment of the morning was announcing the fundraising total and realising together that we’d topped last year’s figure. That collective sense of pride and achievement stayed with everyone, reminding us of the real impact that can be created when our industry unites behind a common cause.

“We’re proud to continue supporting the Property Industry Foundation and look forward to building on this tradition in the years ahead. The Hard Hat Breakfast reminds us that while the work we do every day is important, the impact we can create together goes far beyond our projects.” – Christina Paterson, Scope Projects

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed — every dollar, every raffle ticket, and every bit of support makes a real difference. Together, we’re helping young people find safe housing and showing them that this industry cares deeply about their future.
