5th Annual PIF Hard Hat Breakfast raises a record $34,840
Scope Projects has done it again, smashing our Hard Hat fundraising target for the fifth year running and raising a record $34,840 in support of the Property Industry Foundation and homeless youth.
This year’s result is particularly special, with Scope Projects officially recognised by the Property Industry Foundation as a Hard Hat Impact Hero in recognition of our continued fundraising efforts and five consecutive years of exceeding our targets.
Our fifth annual PIF Hard Hat Breakfast was held at Touchwood Restaurant at the Sydney Fish Markets in Pyrmont, bringing together our team, trade partners and industry friends for a morning of great food, industry catch ups and plenty of friendly competition over the raffle prizes.
Most importantly, the morning was about coming together for a cause that has become incredibly important to the Scope Projects community.
What began as a small gathering five years ago has grown into an annual tradition that our team and wider network genuinely look forward to. Each year, the support has continued to build, with our trade partners, subcontractors, employees and industry colleagues generously donating, purchasing raffle tickets and helping us push our fundraising total that little bit further.
This year, that collective effort resulted in an incredible $34,840 raised, exceeding our target once again and contributing vital funds towards PIF’s work providing safe housing and support for young Australians experiencing homelessness.
The milestone comes in an especially significant year, as the Property Industry Foundation celebrates its 30th anniversary and three decades of bringing the property and construction industry together to create meaningful change.
As builders, the connection to PIF’s mission has always felt particularly relevant to us. We understand the importance of having a safe place to call home and the role our industry can play when we combine our resources, relationships and reach to support those who need it most.
Reaching this year’s result would not have been possible without the generosity of the people around us.
To our trade partners, subcontractors, colleagues, friends and the entire Scope Projects team, thank you. Every donation, raffle ticket and contribution helped us reach $34,840 and made our fifth Hard Hat Breakfast our biggest yet.
Five years, five smashed targets and an incredible community behind us. We look forward to continuing to build on this tradition and supporting the Property Industry Foundation for many years to come.
