Scope Projects commenced a feasibility review of 101 Miller Street on behalf of Royal Caribbean in July 2022. The phase involved a strategic review of their growth requirements, schematic planning, concept design direction, budget guide, programme and cash flow forecast, followed by the full D&C delivery of the workspace. Workplace is adapting to the needs of its users more than ever, the Executives wanted to ensure their teams found a connection that makes each day spent in the office an enjoyable and meaningful one - inspiring a return to the office after many months spent at home.
