Our team collaborated with Mirvac and emerging design team P3 across 4 spaces that have hit the market to a resounding response, with two leased prior to construction completion. 2,600sqm across 2 floors within a prime A-grade commercial tower, each space is designed with high quality and thoughtful features throughout. Joinery features stunning quartz and handcrafted details through each suite. A high degree of acoustics has been introduced through all arrival and meeting zones, this included suspended perorated feature ceilings, acoustic panels with plush carpet and soft furniture throughout. Phone booths give privacy and convenience to the users of the space. Lighting creates an ambience and individuality that is warm and inviting. Each space is styled with art and bespoke pieces that complement the personality of these upmarket suites.
