Kador engaged Scope Projects to refurbish the Level 3 atrium for tenant enjoyment. Whilst the Atrium space sits within a customers tenancy it is as the space is visible to the tenancies from Levels 4 and above.

Kador took carriage of the works to ensure the look, privacy, functionality and quality of the setting was of a high professional standard. Our team collaborated with Gray Puksand to construct a space that is plant filled, with comfortable lounge settings and one that is privately screened to ensure maximum confidentially for the users of the space.
