Investa has been a long-term client for our business, we are proud to celebrate a milestone of works delivered in 2022. It is an achievement we are very grateful for. The 201 Kent Street project encompassed a single Contract with Investa, approximately $5m across 2,300sqm. Scope Projects were nominated as the preferred contractor to work with Investa and their Project Managers TSA Riley to right scope the project in line with the budget allocated to the makegood and fitout of 4 workplace suites.

Suite 26.03 aesthetic is ambiently inviting with a darker moody feel. Being 300sqm the suite is designed to be a memorable standout in the market. The exposed colour painted ceiling, polished concrete floors, black meeting room framing, Danish walnut materials, deep green accents and pendant feature lighting create a feeling of immediate comfort.
