De Lang Landen

This project was executed under a design and construct project managed by Turner & Townsend and in collaboration with Wool+Hay. The design concept for the space aimed to incorporate a flexible space, bringing people together with a diversity of collaboration settings and a multipurpose front of house area that can be transformed into a town hall space to host large scale events.

This is balanced with multiple quiet pods, offices and enclosed quiet rooms for individuals to engage in focus work. The use of textured and warm tones added an authentic feel, while bright colours were chosen to align with the global workplace branding, whilst reflecting the local team’s aesthetic.
