Scope Projects commenced working with Datacom during the property search phase with assistance provided that contributed to the evaluation of the shortlisted options. Once the 145 Ann Street selection was finalised, our team progressed under an ECI D&C model, forming and managing the project aligned Consultants teams deliverables. As Project Lead, our approach is one of collaboration between the client stakeholder group and external contributors. Collaborating closely with Datacom, our team explored innovative ways to create a connected and inviting space that maximizes the building’s layout and city views. The reception area was designed as a dynamic, flexible space, seamlessly linking to a central client hub with adaptable meeting areas. Positioned to take full advantage of Brisbane’s skyline and natural light, the social breakout area became a vibrant focal point for team interaction. The workspace was thoughtfully designed with a variety of desk configurations to accommodate different teams, complemented by quiet rooms, meeting spaces, and open collaboration zones.

The finishes were carefully curated to reflect Datacom’s brand and ethos, ensuring consistency across its locations nationwide. A warm, natural material palette was infused with strategic pops of colour, creating a balanced and cohesive environment.
