Cromwell Property Group

Scope Projects successfully delivered their first project with Cromwell Property Group at 207 Kent Street. The project encompassed several significant upgrades, including lift lobby renovations on three floors, conversion of one partial floor into a cold shell, and improvement of one partial floor to a warm shell make good. Additionally, we carried out a full refurbishment of M/F and DDA amenities. 

During the construction phase, one of the floors remained partially tenanted. The works were delivered out of hours, with a strong communication piece to the tenants to manage their expectations. The floor was presented in a clean and tidy state each day, ensuring that Cromwell's high standards of presentation were upheld for their customer.
