Charter Hall

Scope Projects were engaged to deliver a sustainable suite on Level 6 at 74 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. The project retained much of the existing built space, while introducing new workstations, boardroom furniture, and offices to create a warm and inviting environment.

A refreshed arrival lounge and welcome console, complemented by artworks and styling throughout, set the tone across the floor.

The result was a cohesive and contemporary space that balanced sustainability with comfort.

Charter Hall were delighted with the outcome, with the suite leased immediately upon completion — a fantastic result for the project team.
