Scope Projects delivered four modern speculative suites across three floors at 10 Bond Street, Sydney. Each suite was uniquely designed to reflect a distinct architectural style and period. Influenced by some of the iconic architecture surrounding 10 Bond Street and offering prospective tenants a clear point of difference. The layouts promote both collaboration and focus, supporting diverse workplace needs and styles.

The project included two whole floor tenancies on Levels 6 and 7, and split tenancies on Level 5. Full bathroom and Lobby refurbishments, and DDA upgrades, modernise the asset and ensure accessibility and comfort throughout. All new furniture was supplied to complement the contemporary design direction established by Gray Puksand.

The result is a collection of high-quality, functional, and visually striking speculative suites that enhance the building’s leasing appeal and provide flexible, ready-to-occupy workspace options for future tenants.
